Happy Fall everyone! My favorite season has officially begun and what better than some new lip products to start off with. I have swapped out my pinks and bright lip colors with some nudes, burgundys, and mattes for this Fall. My favorite lip products for the season include a decent mix of matte liquid lip colors, creamy lip sticks, lip glosses, and matte lipsticks. I truly believe that a nude or berry lip can truly amp-up any Fall outfit and brighten up any girls day!
Smith & Cult Lip Laquer (Life in Photographs)
This lipgloss is my go-to gloss for every season. It is the perfect pale pink to layer over a matte liquid lipgloss which can sometimes be quite drying. This lipgloss is not tacky or sticky whatsoever and stays shiny for hours.
Tarte Tarteist Lip Paint (Namaste)
One of the very first matte liquid lip paints that I tried, this one from Tarte is lightweight and non-drying. One of the only downsides to this product is that it can dry out in the container very easily so make sure that it is totally closed after every use. More of a nude lip product and has pinkish undertones.
ColourPop Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick (Tulle)
At $6 per lipstick ColourPop’s products are hard to beat. The quality is similar to that of a Sephora product and the consistency is creamy and non-drying. The color pictured above is one of three shades I have of the Ultra Matte Lipsticks because they are just that good!
Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick (Lovesick)
A mauve-nude liquid lipstick, this one from the iconic Kat Von D is priced fairly and is not too matte. This lip color has more berry undertones and is seriously a staple for Fall lip products.
MAC Cosmetics Matte Lipstick (Whirl)
Whirl has been considered to be the creme de la creme of MAC lipsticks. It is a dusty-nude matte lipstick and Glamour magazine has coined it to be the “most versatile lipstick for different skin tones.” This lipstick seriously works wonders. On my olive skin, this color is more berry toned and perfect for the Fall.
MAC Cosmetics Cremesheen Lipstick (Creme D’Nude)
This peachy-nude lipstick from matte is my go-to ultra nude lipstick for all seasons. I love being tan and wearing this lipstick so for me this one is the perfect transition lipstick for the fall. It goes perfectly with a darker or more nude lipliner like this one.
Laura Mercier Velour Lovers Lip Colour (Sensual)
These lipsticks from Laura Mercier are on the more pricey side, but are totally worth it for the creaminess and variety of shades for the Fall. Sensual swatched above, is highly pigmented, long-lasting, and super velvety. This matte muted-pink shade is more nude on me and is stunning for the Fall.
